SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to process orders within 48 business hours of receiving it. All packages are tracked, you will be supplied with the tracking information upon dispatch of your order. Orders processing times depends on the specifications of the order and usually takes 1-2 weeks to deliver for Ready to Ship items or 3-4 days depending on Express Shipping selection upon order. Pre Orders take approximately 1-3 weeks.

Overseas import taxes
When you make a purchase with Nazdana you are liable for all Duties and Taxes on your order. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Orders placed in Australia and New Zealand will not incur any duties or taxes.

Nazdana pieces are made to be loved and worn for many years. All sales are final and therefore pieces are not eligible for return.
